Nipples are an eenrgetic pathway, a source of joy if one is open to allowing joy to flow through themselves. Ultimately we are all responsible for allowing joy to flow through our lives.
As a source of verification of the quality of heart energy within which is source of love compassion, giving, and when in balance receiving, I use a technique in my massage which is a very light touch just below the nipple . When I connect to the energy flow and just hold for a few seconds, I will know it there either is or is not a warm feeling that comes over my heart, translates into a "wanting to smile " and ultimately I will feel the joy that is present and circulate that connection which is filtering through the emotional heart.
If I do not feel it, I may invite the client to consciously open their heart, and with my finger I may lightly draw for them and invite them also to draw a smile on their heart. Inevitably this will bring about a smile on their face and an instant energy flow.
This specific point of connection is in line with a Meridian of the body which is an energy line; one that would be followed by a Chinese Medicine Doctor, an acupuncturist or shiatsu therapist to clear free any blocked heart associated energy
