So be it.
When you are able to say this without skipping a word; without reading it and without thinking it but realy feeling it. It then is who you have consciously become though you have always been. You are now in resonance with who you have always been.

Manifesting don't wants and don't needs
A few days before my birthday a wonderful lady friend was questioning my taste in articles of clothing, suggesting, at least in my mind that she was considering buying me something clothing as a gift.
I was particularly uncomfortable with the idea. I insisted that I had enough shirts , that I didn't need more shirts . I didn't want someone to go out buying me clothes. The more energy I gave it the more uncomfortable I was with what I didn't want happening
I expressed that to her and she was appreciative of my honesty.
The following day I decided to go shirtless with just a winter jacket ( and pants an shoes ) out onto the roof to sweep off the remnants of a mid January Eaves trough and facia board replacement.
I hand intended too get a hair cut and since I was jacketed up I hopped on my bike and headed out. When nearing the salon I had a feeling of a chill. I thought, I questioned, " am I wearing a shirt"? Indeed I was not.
With only $13 dollar in my pocket, enough for a haircut and a $3 tip, I thought perhaps just maybe I would be able to find a $1 t-shirt at the Goodwill and still get my haircut.
As it turns out I found a great new shirt $4.99 with the original label, I charged it to Plastic, I told my story to the clerk and to Tim the man who's cut my hair for the past ten years and we all shared a laugh.
I had created a " need more shirts " . the Universal energy field that supplies our " needs " cannot distinguish between needs, don't needs and don't wants . Don't Wants and don't needs are all seen as wants and needs.
Even more interesting is the fact that I had made a deliberate clearing of closet / drawer space , setting free old energy attachments to outdated articles of clothing, having bagged them up I new that they must be completely freed from my possession and sent them off with my sibling to be deposited in the Goodwill. I new I was giving opportunity to present me with more articles, though I hadn't felt the " need for more clothes ."
Hmm.
Just what, I wonder will show up now, and in what miraculous way? :-) hmm
The same lady friend had asked, "do you have a suit; don't you ever need to wear a suit." I replied no, not unless there's a funeral coming up soon. "What if you went to a wedding " she asked. "I don't go to weddings" I replied.
I had thought perhaps I might 'need one soon' for my grannies funeral as she's coming up on 100 yrs march 2009. She 's got her hopes up to celebrate that milestone and I think soon after then she will quietly pass on.
I had thought "maybe I should have a suit." A friend who ran a suit shop but no longer suggested an option he had for me.
Since then, two in the near future weddings have come up in the same family, however no one except my mother is invited as they are both small affairs.
There is however I assured her a suit waiting in my vibrational escrow as my good friend Zvi has it waiting for me.

Listening versus Hearing
Are you listening to me?
The response is often, " yes I hear you "
Hearing and Listening are really quite different.
When you stop listening you may ultimately be giving up on your hearing.
A client who came to me had just recently; suddenly lost his hearing. The medical doctors had no explanation.
I invited him to take in a thought. I asked him if there was an element of " tired of listening " to his wife.
After some reluctant thought he agreed.
Before leaving he offered " and now she's paying for it."
He unconsciously manifested a sitution, a physical condition where it was convenient and all very real to " not hear you " anymore.
Nag, nag , nag , nag , nag.

The sound of AHHH and the God Within
The sounding of AH is the calling any one of a number of the names of God;
Ultimately You are calling on the God within by resonating with the sound.
A simple powerful meditation I use to manifest is sounding the sound of AHHHH

It can be done quietly or aloud, best before rising out of bed to begin your day.
Notice that which comes easily to you without struggle. God , “The Source” the energy within loves it when you notice it.
Teh meditaion works because it brings you into the NOW. It is only in the Now that we create our future. The future is always NOW. The future is always in this moment, and this moment and now this moment, the past is gone.
The more you are able to bring yourself back to “ the present “ that you are NOW receiving, the more of what you do want will show up in your life. There is only peace in the centred Now. There is no pain . Pain is derived from dread of the past and fear of the future.
Be in “AWE ” ( AH ) as you look about your environment, sounding only, with the focus of appreciation , not judging ,not wanting , not needing more or less. See all that you see as "awesome."
“The Present” is the timeless gift of God, you already have within you. This is not a religious issue; it is a universal law of the ultimate intelligence of each being present in the physical world NOW.
The following words all contain the sound of AHHHH
Yahweh
Greek “ onaoma” on’-om-ah
God
Father
Jehovah
At the end of your day seal the Ah meditation , recognising all that you have received or learned with the sound of OHMMM and feel the resonance in the third eye and the vibration of gratitude in your heart.
Ultimately You are calling on the God within by resonating with the sound.
