h, has two feet solidly on the ground. The act of verbalising the letter causes the breath to come forth, and as the breath of life must continue incessantly so must thee continually put forth effort in a direction forward or up as the ( H ) represents a ladder. The word Health both begins and ends in H. Health must be strong and constant. ( balanced mind/body)
The governing influence is Speach. In a fit of rage there can be abuse of words. Here the breath used for speach is then contaminated from within and spewed out in unsavoury energy that poisons the air.
Experiments have been done where the breath of an angry person was captured in a test tube, analysed and found to contain enough venom to kill a small animal very quickly. The term " poison tongue" can be taken literally. Loving words are chemically as life-giving as hatred is poisonous.
